Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for managing the financial, capital, technological, and human resources strategies of the organization. This includes overseeing all financial aspects, planning and directing the organization's overall financial plans, accounting policies, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  2. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  3. Manage financial reporting, accounting, and compliance.
  4. Lead the finance team in providing financial guidance and support to the organization.
  5. Collaborate with the Executive Team to advance strategic, artistic, and operational initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with experience working for a nonprofit organization.
  • CPA designation and public accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions.

Working Conditions:

The typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Ability to work extra hours as determined by the workload and concert schedule. Ability to sit for long periods of time and move throughout the office. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 10-30 pounds. Hybrid schedule offered.
