Anand Carpentry & Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our office.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be proficient in typing and computerized information filing systems.

You will be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages.

In addition, you will be required to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, with a salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
