Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve store and financial results. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, product knowledge, and a strong ability to work with the store manager and assistant store manager to drive business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  2. Product Knowledge and Sales: Develop and maintain product knowledge to drive sales and achieve individual and team goals.
  3. Operations and Logistics: Manage daily operational tasks, including maintaining the interior and exterior of the store, adhering to Coach retail policies and procedures, and leveraging Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts.
  4. Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business.
  5. Scheduling and Availability: Meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
