Program Manager Principal Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective project strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure seamless project handovers to operations teams, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  • Lead technical discussions, providing estimates for design and development activities.
  • Communicate project status and information to the team, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management and implementation management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex application development projects.
  • Experience with software re-write, re-engineering, and re-factoring projects.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, enabling cross-business teams.
  • Highly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction, product development, and technology.
