Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Childcare Program Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging childcare programs that foster the growth and development of children in their care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and educational outings to stimulate learning and creativity
  • Encourage children to express themselves through various art forms and play-based activities
  • Support children in developing essential life skills such as dressing, eating, and toileting habits
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare regular reports for parents and guardians
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that prioritizes children's health, security, and well-being
Requirements
  • Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification
  • Membership in the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills
