Job Title: Childcare Program Manager

Lullaboo Nursery and Childcare Center Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Childcare Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare center, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality care for our children.
  • Assess the children's development and prepare learning plans tailored to their needs.
  • Order supplies and equipment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children.
  • Engage children in activities, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts, to promote their cognitive and social development.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings, ensuring open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a childcare setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
