We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Supervision: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
