As a Shift Manager at Domino's Pizza, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless service and high-quality food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1-7 months of experience in a fast-food environment
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 32-40 hours of work per week
