Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, prepare and submit reports, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
