Job Summary

As a Sales Advisor with Estée Lauder Companies, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment. With a passion for people and a drive to succeed, you will work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and deliver a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide welcoming and personalized service to customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Use exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of diversity and respect


Requirements


  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty or guest services
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to attend an interview
  • Anticipated Hourly Range: $16.85 to $27.15 (dependent on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget)
