Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Fortinos (Main Street) Ltd. As a Butcher Assistant, you will be responsible for cleaning meats, cutting and preparing standard cuts of meat, and wrapping and packaging prepared meats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Cut poultry into parts
- Sell meats to customers
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special orders
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Attention to detail
- Handling heavy loads
Experience:
- 1 year to less than 2 years
