Are you passionate about airplanes and delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines? We're seeking a reliable and flexible Ground Handler to join our team at Executive Aviation.

About the Role

As a Ground Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring airline procedures are followed, driving and operating ground service equipment, and providing exceptional support to our airline partners. You will work closely with our Shift Lead to ensure seamless operations and provide a safe and efficient experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations and airline procedures
  • Operate ground service equipment, including driving and marshalling aircraft
  • Sort, load, and offload guest baggage in accordance with load plans
  • Deliver guest baggage to the claim area and unload onto the conveyor system
  • Inspect ramp areas for debris and remove/dispose of when found
  • Groom aircraft, including cleaning cabins, galleys, and lavatories, and restocking lavatory supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Personal flexibility to work shift work, including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, crouch, kneel, and push/pull for extended periods
  • Physical ability to consistently lift up to 70 lbs/32kgs
  • Willingness to work outside in all types of weather
  • Ability to meet all conditions of employment, including a Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada, a criminal background check, and a valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
