We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team at the Sandspit Airport (YZP). This role involves providing exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring seamless check-in processes, and working closely with airline crew members.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for greeting passengers, processing flight documents, and managing boarding procedures according to airline protocols. You will also need to maintain high levels of security clearance, understand flight document requirements, and ensure compliance with airport and airline policies.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch customer service.

If you have previous customer service experience, preferably in an airport setting, and are available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
