As a seasoned sales leader in the Edmonton staffing industry, you will drive growth and lead our Account Management team to expand client acquisition and revenue.

About Procom: We are one of North America's leading IT staffing and contract workforce services providers, established in 1978 with Canadian ownership.

  • Leverage your leadership experience in the staffing industry to motivate and direct the Account Managers, ensuring necessary resources for effective performance.
  • Achieve business results through large client opportunities by actively participating and collaborating with Account Managers to close more deals.
  • Oversee sales management functions including setting ambitious sales quotas, developing account plans, mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Demonstrate collaboration by driving sales initiatives and partnering with Recruiting and Client Services to align efforts.
  • Foster a positive culture by building a collaborative environment across functions for seamless client experiences.
  • Grow the sales team to expand the Edmonton market by hiring and training top talent.
  • Sustain daily operations including sales call planning, CRM management, and account allocation.
  • Manage office operations including facilities, onboarding/offboarding, budget management, employee communications, and HR responsibilities.
Key Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in the staffing industry.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation, discovery, qualification, and value-based selling within the staffing industry.
  • Mentoring junior talent, fostering team growth, and succession planning.
  • Ability to set goals, communicate expectations, and hold team members accountable.
  • Effective communication of Procom's values and culture to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to compliance and adherence to company and legal guidelines.
  • Sound financial acumen and ability to analyze profitability and develop customer pricing strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
