Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Recreation Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Recreation Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a diversified recreation program that meets the emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, and physical needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recreation programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of special events and activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a recreation department or a related field
  • Experience working with mature adults in a hospitality or healthcare setting
  • Certificate or diploma in a field related to leisure, fitness, or recreation, or working toward one
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
