Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Project Manager to join our team at Gulf Operators, Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil projects, from planning and execution to completion and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate civil projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in civil project management, with a strong background in drilling and blasting, concrete work, and excavation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
