Senior Civil Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Project Manager to join our team at Personnel Search Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

  • P.Eng. (Civil) degree and experience in large civil projects
  • Proficiency in MS Project and project management software
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex project data
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
