Senior Civil Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Project Manager to join our team at Personnel Search Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large civil projects from tendering to contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Oversee project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • P.Eng. (Civil) degree and experience in large civil projects
  • Proficiency in MS Project and strong project management skills
  • Leadership abilities, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional time management skills
