Restaurant Operations Manager

At A&W, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team of 11-15 people. Key responsibilities include determining the type of services to be offered, implementing operational procedures, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for negotiating arrangements with suppliers, participating in marketing plans, and providing customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language
