Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, advanced data engineering tools, and cloud deployment. As a key member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end data science projects, interact with product teams, and influence business strategy through data-driven insights.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration, innovation, and effective communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Your expertise in designing, developing, and implementing algorithms will enable us to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive strategic data science initiatives to address key business challenges and opportunities.
  2. Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria on data science projects.
  3. Interact with product teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
  4. Design, develop, and implement algorithms and processes to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse "big data" sources.
  5. Influence and set technical standards and best practices across the data science team.
  6. Foster innovation by exploring and integrating emerging technologies and methodologies.
  7. Communicate complex technical concepts and results to leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proficiency with programming languages like Python, R, and SQL.
  • Detailed understanding of how data science models are designed and developed.
  • Ability to independently execute and deliver high-impact data science projects.
  • Strong data analysis and data modeling skills with good knowledge of statistics.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across multiple functions.
