We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Data Scientist to join our team at Acuity Insights. As a key member of our Research department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to drive innovation in our flagship assessment platform, Casper.
About the RoleIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex problems, lead the end-to-end design, build, and deployment of an AI-powered evaluation system, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaboration & Communication: Drive cross-functional alignment, champion explainability, lead ethical discussions, and provide feedback and iteration.
- Data Science & Machine Learning: Design and train models, analyze and validate, ensure fairness and ethics, and incorporate best practices.
- Execution & Delivery: Own model development, optimize and refine, drive impact, and measure success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in machine learning, data engineering, and modeling, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible and remote work options, a generous learning budget, stake in the company through our employee stock option plan, comprehensive health benefits, and parental leave support.
