Overview:


Lafarge Canada is seeking a Benefits Strategy Lead to join its team in Holcim. As a key member of the Total Rewards team, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing benefits strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.



About the Role:



  • Lead the development and implementation of benefits strategies that align with Lafarge's business objectives and support a diverse and multigenerational workforce.
  • Collaborate with HR, Labor Relations, and Business Service Centre teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits initiatives across the organization.
  • Design and execute process enhancements to improve benefits delivery, including ROI analysis and vendor management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and insurance providers to ensure optimal benefit plan administration.
  • Provide strategic guidance on benefits-related matters, including compliance with provincial and federal laws.


Qualifications:


To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Administration, or a related field, combined with specialized training in benefits administration or compensation.
  • 3-5 years of progressive corporate benefits experience, with a focus on managing multiple initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Strong benefits industry and market knowledge, as well as deep understanding of benefits plan administration, cost modeling, and impact assessment.
  • Superior analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and leverage strong internal networks.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset.


What We Offer:


Lafarge Canada offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
