Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves crafting compelling copy across various platforms, developing strategic messaging frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing copy and concept across marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, website content, and more.
  • Developing and maintaining Equinox's brand voice and tone guidelines, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's values and objectives.
  • Crafting persuasive copy that captures the essence of Equinox's brand identity and effectively reaches the target audience.
  • Edit and refine copy to optimize messaging, readability, and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in copywriting, with a focus on brand messaging and marketing communications across luxury brands.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional copywriting skills across various platforms and formats.
  • Experience leading and managing a creative copy team, including providing feedback, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Deep understanding of branding and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling and persuasive copy.
