Job Summary

Allmar Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and supplies to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, including tracking progress and identifying potential delays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports, records, and correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or logistics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or related role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
