We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at S I Systems. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for leading IT projects and supporting business objectives within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT projects from start to finish, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and client expectations.
- Use project management methodologies and governance tools to manage resources and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide technical advice and document technical recommendations for management and team members.
- Ensure compliance with change management processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams on project rollout and quality control on production implementations.
Requirements:
- 6+ Years of experience as a Project Coordinator
- 5 years of experience developing project deliverables such as project charters, business cases, briefing notes, and status reports.
- 5 years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- 5 years of experience defining project scope and goals with business stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in a project management role.
Nice to Have:
- 2 years of experience in project coordination of government and vendor-wide IT initiatives.
- 5 years of experience leading change management and communication planning.
