Key Responsibilities:- Provide direction to Insurance Specialists to achieve department objectives
- Assist in the management of staff, including performance management and training
- Plan and evaluate department activities to ensure alignment with company goals
- Assume Department Manager responsibilities during their absence
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service and communication
