As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direction to our Insurance Specialists, assisting in the management of staff, and planning and evaluating department activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direction to Insurance Specialists to achieve department objectives
- Assist in the management of staff, including performance management and training
- Plan and evaluate department activities to ensure alignment with company goals
- Assume Department Manager responsibilities during their absence
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service and communication
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and services
- Ability to train, coach, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
