About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Smartrend Manufacturing Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job fairs.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to create job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
  • Organize and attend recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including interview notes and candidate feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
