Job Summary

AIMS 5 HOLDINGS INC is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  2. Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  4. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  5. Hire food service staff.
  6. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  7. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  8. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  9. Prepare and submit reports.
  10. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
  11. Establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work site environment: Noisy, Hot.
  • Supervision: 11-15 people.
  • Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Food Safety Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Security and safety: Criminal record check.
  • Transportation/travel information: Own transportation, Own vehicle.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking, Physically demanding.
  • Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Flexibility.
