About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Consultant to join our team at C.K. LY FASHION INC. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales in our bridal department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and process sales transactions
  • Provide expert advice on merchandise, including wedding gowns and accessories
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to drive sales and revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the display of merchandise, including arranging and maintaining visual displays
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
