Job Title: Wedding Consultant

As a Wedding Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every bride feels like a princess on her special day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized consultations to brides, taking the time to understand their style, preferences, and needs.
  • Offer expert advice on wedding dresses, veils, and accessories, ensuring that every bride finds the perfect fit.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including alterations, accessories, and wedding planning resources.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience in an apparel or service environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
