Electrical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electrical Sales Representative to join our team at Bartle & Gibson. As an Inside Sales Specialist - Electrical, you will be responsible for handling Electrical Inside Sales and Quotations for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming orders
- Identify new products and potential up-selling opportunities with current customers
- Enter orders into our system and source materials for customers when not in stock
- Maintain knowledge base on current products and stay up-to-date on new products
- Provide product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service
- Support Counter Sales and handle returns as required
- Work closely with others to ensure customer needs are met
- Minimum grade 12 education required
- Minimum of two years' sales experience (counter sales, inside sales or outside sales) required
- Post-Secondary courses in Electrical preferred
- Skilled in serving and negotiating with institutional and industrial purchasers, electrical contractors, and the public
- Knowledge of the electrical industry or a background in electrical products would be considered an asset, including - lighting, wiring devices, distribution, and motor control
