Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Helper to join our team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair duties to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Routine Maintenance - assist with painting, grounds maintenance, and other tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
  • Support Project Work - collaborate with the Chief Engineer and staff to complete projects and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and coworkers.
  • Interact with Guests and Coworkers - provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest needs.
  • Be a Safety & Security Agent - follow hotel safety and security policies and procedures, and report any issues to management.

Requirements

This role requires practical experience and a strong understanding of English. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in variable temperatures and noise levels. Previous experience in customer service and hotels is preferred.
