Job Title: Floor Technician

We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team at ServiceMaster Clean of Moncton. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' floors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strip and wax floors to maintain their appearance and extend their lifespan
  • Scrub and wax floors to remove dirt and stains
  • Burnish and spray buff floors to restore their shine
  • Maintain knowledge of various flooring types, including ceramic, vinyl, laminate, and granite
  • Operate machines such as rotos, auto scrubbers, burnishers, and carpet extractors
Additional Responsibilities:
  • As needed, perform commercial property cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning kitchen fixtures and appliances
  • Complete special projects as requested by our customers
  • Follow all safety and personnel rules, policies, and regulations
