Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $73,499 to $93,191 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing respiratory care to clients with acute and chronic cardio-respiratory illnesses or pathologies
  • Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conducting ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree from a recognized Respiratory Therapy program
  • Current certification with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and eligible for registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
