Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at our Spruceland location in Prince George, BC. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory within the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
  • Maintain inventory within the pharmacy, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize clinical opportunities and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a valid Canadian Pharmacist license and be in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Prior experience as a Pharmacist, preferably in a retail or community setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with pharmacy software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, comprehensive benefits package, company-funded pension plan, and eligibility for moving expenses for certain locations.
