Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Job Description

Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join their team in Calgary. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead schedule review meetings to prioritize tasks, optimize resources, and minimize downtime through bundling of work.
  2. Optimize resource utilization through resource leveling and grouping work by location.
  3. Ensure all necessary materials are available before scheduling work.
  4. Collaborate with maintenance technicians and planners to communicate work details and ensure resource availability.
  5. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of external service providers' capabilities.
  6. Steward continuous focus on cost and value optimization in alignment with production operations strategies.
  7. Work with field leadership to determine priority of activities and enable scheduling of work.
  8. Identify and address gaps in SAP Master Data compliance.
  9. Provide input into the improvement and optimization of PM Plans.
  10. Work with supply chain personnel for material and vendor requirements.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of oil and gas experience.
  2. 3+ years of maintenance scheduling experience.

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restrictions and are subject to background checks, including criminal and drug and alcohol testing.
