Job Title: Maintenance Planner/Scheduler IV

At Petroplan, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler IV to join our team. As a key member of our planning and scheduling department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and reliable production from our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and deliver Integrated Schedule (60 day - 29 days)
  • Work closely with Integrated Planner and Execution Scheduler to ensure seamless flow of projects from Integrated Plan and ultimately into the Execution Schedule
  • Consult with Operations, Maintenance, Production Delivery Centre, to validate priority for preliminary schedule resource loading
  • Complete functional group scheduling for maintenance for inclusion into the Integrated Schedule (e.g., relevant CM, PMs, minor outage schedules such as OTSGs, RPM, MOC, etc.)
  • Mentor and support all departments executing work for AB Operations in Integrated Planning Processes, to ensure consistent, efficient and accurate application of Integrated Planning processes
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Subject matter expert for the Business Unit's Integrated Planning Workflow Processes. Support any changes to IP process to ensure alignment with Business Unit and Global Standards
  • Support the development and reporting of Business Unit Integrated Planning KPI's
  • Provide coverage as required for Integrated Planner and Execution Scheduler
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of Maintenance Scheduling experience
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years SAGD / Oil & gas, and field experience
  • Formal training and certification in SAP PM, Prometheus STO, and Primavera P6 systems
