Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Job Description

Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join their team in Calgary. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance schedules to ensure optimal resource utilization and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams, operations, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Utilize SAP PM and Prometheus Scheduler to create and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead schedule review meetings to ensure prioritization, optimization of resources, and minimizing downtime through bundling of work.
  • Optimize resource utilization through resource levelling and grouping work by location.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PM and MM modules, as well as Prometheus Scheduler.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
