About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Professional to join our team at Evergreen Bend apartments in Saskatoon, SK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall well-being of our tenants.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and common areas
  • Perform month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards
  • Assist with pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
  • Complete small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required
  • Support the general maintenance of the building's exterior
  • Other duties as required
