About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Manila Cleaning Services Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in various locations, including commercial buildings, shopping centers, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene standards
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth operation
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain hygiene standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
