Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Manila Cleaning Services Ltd. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and dust-free environment
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Conditions
