Administrative Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Carry out administrative tasks, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a smooth operation of the office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail.
