Job Description for Office Administrator
Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a smooth operation of the office.
Required Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail.
