Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Insight Global. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract insights from complex data sets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify areas of risk and opportunity, and develop recommendations for mitigation and optimization
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in data analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a strong background in statistical modeling and data visualization
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis tools such as AWS SageMaker and PySpark
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex business concepts to stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards, such as BASEL Accords
  • Certifications such as CFA or FRM
