Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

Join our team at Tim Hortons as a Food Counter Attendant and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
