Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
