Product Merchandiser

Coca-Cola Canada is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are fully stocked and available to consumers in local grocery stores.
Key Responsibilities- Replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage room to front-of-store with manual or powered equipment.
- Build, change or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintain product signage; clean product space and secure damaged or defective product.
- Repetitively lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance.
- Consistently kneel, squat and reach above the head.
- Manage backroom by organizing stock (product); identify, monitor, and report inventory levels; evaluate and process damaged product; re-pack product; organize backroom materials.
- Follow all Coca-Cola Canada and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
- Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
- Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Minimum one (1) year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field.
- Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks.
- Minimum one (1) year experience working under little to no supervision.
- Personal vehicle for use during working hours.
- Current vehicle liability insurance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
