Merchandising Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Support professional to join our team at London Drugs. As a key member of our Merchandising Services team, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate product information, coordinating distributions, and ensuring seamless inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate product item records, including cost and retail updates
- Coordinate distributions, stock reservations, and special orders to meet business needs
- Assist in creating and maintaining purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
- Support other areas of Merchandising Services as needed, including signage and shelf label management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- 1-2 years of experience in a Merchandising or Retail Store environment
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
