Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 13662918 Canada Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operation.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation and portioning.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure timely ordering.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our operation.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
Our food service establishment operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work under pressure to ensure the smooth operation of our food service.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
