Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 13662918 Canada Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers, counter attendants, and kitchen helpers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Operations and Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with high pressure to meet customer demands.
    • Work under pressure to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work 32 to 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
