About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at K C Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present food items to the highest standards, ensuring that all dishes are visually appealing and meet our quality expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the food counter, kitchen, and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, supporting each other to meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
